Contributions

I welcome any contributions that you would like to make.  To make contributions, Please email me at sjohnson@rsj-services.com (or call me at 214-532-9788).  You may put the contents in the body of the email or via an attachment.  The attachment should be a text document created by any text editor.  I'll format the information and place it on the web site with little or no changes (except for formatting and spelling) in the appropriate place.

Please include any or all of the following if you are related by blood or marriage:

• Your full name (birth nad married if different)
• Birth date and place
• Current Mailing Address *
• Current Email Address *
• Alternate Mailing Address *
• Phone number (home, cell, work,...)*
• To whom and how you are related
• A list of your children with the same information as above

For non related contributors:

• Your name
• How you can be reached
1. Current Mailing Address *
2. Current Email Address *
3. Alternate Mailing Address *
4. Phone number (home, cell, work,...)*

(For security reasons, items with an asterisk (*) will only be used for ME to contact you and WILL NOT be placed on any of the web site and WILL NOT be given to anyone.  If someone contacts me about getting in touch with you, I will get their contact information and get that information to you.  I will leave it up to you to make the contact or not.)

If you are not related, but, have pertinent information about someone listed herein, the information will be placed on the site (after verification) and you will be credited as the contributor.

You may contribute as little or as much as you wish. The more you contribute the richer the history will become.

If I have you email address, I will email you when I have modified the site. The home page will show what pages have been added, or modified.

Since this is public web site and is available anywhere in the world, the accuracy of the information is very important, therefore, I will attempt to verify the information you send to make sure it is as accurate as possible.
